What you will be doing:
- Integrate various learning approaches across the organization
- Develop and deliver training seminars online courses and other educational materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities
- Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths
- Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of training methods including e-learning open communication channels and mentoring
- Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand their training needs
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience within similar role as Learning and Development Officer/Spv
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Confident in speaking and writing with the ability to present to large groups
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
- Confident in using e-learning tools and platforms
