Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Process & Industrialization
- Ensure that manufacturing processes meet the desired product quality standards.
- Manage the complete industrialization of new products including CAPEX budgeting plant layouts machine installation testing and production rollout.
- Review and audit production processes for compliance with SOPs.
- Update resource utilization in ERP/MAPEX systems to control manufacturing costs (PRI).
- Analyze manpower and machine utilization data monthly with production teams.
- Work with R&D and SCM on product changes cost control and validations.
2. Tools Fixtures & Machines
- Design and develop fixtures and tools and make them operational at plants and subcontracting vendors.
- Modify tools and fixtures to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
- Maintain fixtures tools machines and plants while controlling operational expenses.
- Set cycle time outputs for existing and new processes using MOST system.
