Job Summary
Plan oversee roll-out and follow-up smart store project in APAC with increased
efficiency and conversion always in mind
Enhance the store experience for colleagues and customer by driving smart store project
and developments including the analysis and follow up on relatable KPIs
Contribute to a people first working environment support actions based at the annual HR
goals
Collaborate with business tech area super user and global operation project manager in
driving goals and giving up to date information on smart store project
Connects with regions areas teams and seeks feedback from store visits
Ensures constant efficient and timely communication with all key stakeholders
Reports to regional sales manager
Keeps up to date with projects and aligns accordingly with all key stakeholders
Provide sufficient training to area super user and provide relevant documentation/training
materials
Communicate all on going follow-up and feedback with the necessary teams to ensure
long term project stability
Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans
Identify and handle risks and problems taking alternative decisions according to the
objective
Ensure an understanding of relevant business processes and how different business
functions interact connecting existing and new processes in store
Influence the design and content of training documents effecting store teams and key
drivers related to the project supported with an efficient training plan
Provide follow-up presentations including analysis of project learnings for any
improvements and action accordingly
