Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a Personal Injury U.S.-based law firm and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will focus on administrative support client communication and task coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone coverage with a daily call volume of 10-15 calls including screening gathering information and transferring calls to attorneys.
- Conduct bilingual client follow-ups and provide reminders via phone and email.
- Assist attorneys with small case-related administrative tasks.
- Manage calendars deadlines and task follow-up to ensure efficiency.
- Support intake processes and client communications in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support intake or executive assistant roles (legal field experience a plus).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
