Job Summary

Our Business Services team delivers a best-in-class experience for clients guests and colleagues across all Colliers offices in Victoria.

Based in Melbourne CBD the Victorian Office Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple offices in Melbourne  acting as the face of the business and ensuring a seamless 5-star operational experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and grow their career in office management.

  • Lead daily operations across multiple offices ensuring seamless service and compliance
  • Manage front-of-house teams and guest experience
  • Oversee office relocations fit-outs and workplace projects
  • Implement office management strategies policies and procedures
  • Manage facilities including parking refurbishments and general upkeep
  • Coordinate onboarding offboarding and support for the Executive Team
  • Plan and deliver state-wide events including conferences and end-of-year functions
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Align Victorian initiatives with national operations and standards

Qualifications :

This role is ideal for someone with operational experience whos ready to step into a high-impact leadership position. As a key role were looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong operational oversight across multiple office locations
  • Project management experience in relocations and fit-outs
  • Budget management and confident negotiation skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
  • Sharp attention to detail and professional presentation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A natural culture champion. Bringing people together through events celebrations and initiatives that enhance team connection and engagement
