Job Summary
Were looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team at Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road. If youre passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment this could be the perfect role for you.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional service during check-in and check-out
- Assisting guests with enquiries bookings and requests
- Handling payments and reservations with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintaining a welcoming lobby and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- A positive professional and friendly approach to guest service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
