Your Opportunity
The Client Service Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive and welcoming front-of-house services to clients seeking housing assistance. As the first point of contact you will create a respectful compassionate and inclusive experience for every individual who engages with our service.
You will play a key role in assessing client needs supporting housing applications and allocations and ensuring all housing placements are fair transparent and aligned with policy and legislative guidelines. This role is integral to building trust and supporting positive outcomes for individuals and families in need of safe and stable housing.
We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to provide high-quality support to clients and stakeholders across housing and access services. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community.
Please note that both roles are fixed-term positions with employment concluding on 30 June 2026.
