As a Sr. Sales Manager - Podium Presenter you will:
- Deliver engaging points-based vacation ownership presentations to groups of owners and prospects in a high-energy podium format.
- Represent VI by Westgate Resorts with professionalism and enthusiasm while presenting the company brand product value and ownership benefits to diverse audiences.
- Educate guests on the points program structure usage options financial benefits and lifestyle enhancements of ownership.
- Use persuasive storytelling visuals and dynamic communication skills to build excitement and credibility around the product.
- Collaborate with assigned Sales Representatives during and after the presentation to ensure a seamless transition into one-on-one discussions.
- Answer general audience questions while deferring individual concerns to Sales Representatives for personalized follow-up.
- Adjust presentations in real time to maintain guest engagement address group dynamics and create a positive energetic environment.
- Uphold compliance standards ensuring all content delivered from the podium aligns with approved scripts disclosures and consumer protection guidelines.
- Track presentation performance gather feedback from Sales Representatives and guests and recommend improvements to maximize conversion rates.
- Responsible for the sales floor/team when DOS is out.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience leading sales teams in timeshare hospitality or vacation ownership.
- Strong background in points-based vacation products and customer engagement strategies.
- Proven success delivering high-energy group podium presentations.
- Solid knowledge of consumer protection regulations licensing and compliance standards.
- Track record of mentoring coaching and building high-performing ethical teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems lead tracking tools and digital/mobile contracting platforms.
- Skilled in analyzing performance data KPIs and compliance documentation.
