This is a regular full-time position and is located in Edmonton AB.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Collaborate with the general manager sales team and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives.
- Lead and support your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs.
- Recruit train and motivate staff while building strong relationships across the district.
- Participate in district and regional meetings and stay informed on local market trends.
- Implement corporate sales strategies and regularly monitor sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.
Salary range: $90600- $115000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- 5 years experience in sales management
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office CRMs and other technologies
- Post secondary education in business commerce marketing or a related field (asset)
- Experience the automotive field is considered an asset
