- As aDigitalPerformanceManager you will work on the front lines ofDigitalProductperformance measurement and enablement.
- You will help theDigitalProductteams continually improve theirdigitalproducts and understand their contributions to overalldigitalperformance.
- The role ofDigitalPerformanceManagerwill focus on telling theDigitalPerformance Story at all levels and collaborate with leaders andProductOwners to enable effectivedigitalfunnel measurement analysis forecasting and optimization.
- You will be responsible forDigitalProductmeasurement strategy & requirements actionable insights performance updates and optimization via AB Testing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with other areas withinDigitalAnalytics to deliver best in class analytics for ourDigitalandDigitalProductteams
- Understandproductmeasurement and provide measurement strategy expertise business requirement development/documentation that drive OKRs/KPIs to improveproductperformance
- Provide expertise to develop and maintain ongoing reports and analytics
- Communicate on the weekly/ monthlydigitalperformance to leaders withindigitaland direct to consumer teams
- Be the go-to analytics expert forDigitalProducts and the ways we measure them to understand performance
- LeverageProductExpertise and performance measures to develop solid AB Tests that can be facilitated by the AB Testing teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Data storyteller: combine all available data to generate adigital/productperformance story
- Adobe Family: Highly qualified with Adobe Analytics Adobe Target
- MS Family: Highly qualified with Microsoft Excel Power Point
- Visualization Tools: Previous knowledge of Domo Tableau
- Analytics Tools: SQL Python experience preferred
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- 5-8 years of experience
- Fast paced environment Matrix organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills needed
- Cross functional collaboration (preferably SCRUM environment)
