Job Summary

Primary Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing technology company operating in the Software/SaaS sector delivering cloud-native products and engineering-led solutions for B2B customers. We are a remote-first organisation scaling product engineering and customer success teams across India. The Human Resources Manager will build and run end-to-end people operations to support rapid hiring strong engagement and lawful efficient HR processes for distributed teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering product and GTM roles across India create job specs run sourcing & interviews and close offers to meet hiring targets.
  • Manage HR operations and HRIS: maintain employee records run onboarding/offboarding workflows optimise HR tools and automate routine processes.
  • Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF ESI TDS labour laws) with payroll vendors to ensure accurate timely payouts and filings.
  • Drive employee relations and performance management: implement regular performance cycles deliver coaching for managers and resolve grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Design and run remote-first people programs onboarding engagement surveys recognition and wellbeing initiatives to sustain high remote productivity and culture.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights headcount planning attrition analysis hiring funnel metrics and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5 years total HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior generalist role preferably supporting technology teams.
  • Proven experience with recruitment for tech roles HRIS administration and end-to-end onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements (PF ESI TDS labour laws) and experience coordinating payroll vendors.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and confidential employee-relations skills; comfortable advising leadership.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as SHRM/PHR or relevant HR qualifications; prior experience in high-growth startups or SaaS organisations.
  • Experience implementing remote-work policies HR automation and using analytics to reduce attrition and improve hiring velocity.
