Lead Product Designer Interaction & Experience Design
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)
About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to elevate interaction design across our products. This role is about crafting intuitive delightful experiences that make complex tasks simple and engaging for users.
What You ll Do

Lead the design of high-impact user flows ensuring clarity and ease of use.

Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and refine designs.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance business needs with usability.

Advocate for motion micro-interactions and feedback systems in design.

Mentor junior designers in interaction and usability principles.

Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded into design solutions.
What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience with a strong interaction design focus.

Proven ability to create intuitive user-centered experiences.

Strong skills in prototyping tools such as Figma Principle or Framer.

Experience working in agile fast-paced environments.

Portfolio showcasing refined flows prototypes and interaction design craft.
