Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team distributors and retailers to ensure timely order execution.
Handle sales order processing invoicing and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases sales records and MIS reports.
Monitor sales targets performance trackers and incentive calculations.
Assist in planning and execution of sales promotions schemes and campaigns.
Communicate with clients distributors and internal departments to resolve queries.
Support the field sales team with sales materials reports and customer data.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams for smooth product availability.
Prepare sales dashboards presentations and analysis reports for management review.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with FMCG sales policies and processes
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales processes distributor management and retail operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint CRM/ERP systems (SAP Zoho Tally ERP etc.).
Strong communication coordination and multitasking skills.
Analytical ability to handle sales data reporting and forecasting.
Knowledge of sales promotions schemes and trade marketing.
Problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and support multiple stakeholders.
