Overview :
To drive sales and market penetration of Building Finishing products (tile adhesives grouts) through key project customers and leading real estate developers in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Building Finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR.
- Identify and engage with key real estate developers architects consultants and project contractors.
- Generate and convert high-value leads from residential commercial and infrastructure projects.
2. Project Specification & Approvals:
- Ensure product specification and approvals from consultants architects and PMC firms.
- Work closely with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials mockups and site demonstrations.
3. Channel & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers.
- Coordinate with channel partners project applicators and influencers to drive pull-through sales.
- Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing products.
4. Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams including Technical services and central TM team
- Maintain accurate CRM entries project funnel data and monthly business MIS reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions.
- Experience in dealing with developers consultants and site teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Project sales orientation with strong execution capability.
- Basic understanding of site application practices and standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) relevant industry experience.
- 58 years of experience in project sales preferably in construction chemicals paints tiles adhesives or building materials.
