Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday
Package: Up to 30000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups building meaningful connections.

Understand each student s unique needs to provide tailored course recommendations and guidance.

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.

Maintain accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system for smooth operations and follow-through.

Act as a trusted advisor to students helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.
Requirements:

Strong passion for hardcore sales and willingness to operate in a high-energy target-driven environment.

Prior experience in EdTech sales will be an added advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

Excellent communication empathy and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
