Job Summary

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Location: Andheri Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday

Package: Up to 30000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups building meaningful connections.

  • Understand each student s unique needs to provide tailored course recommendations and guidance.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.

  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system for smooth operations and follow-through.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to students helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for hardcore sales and willingness to operate in a high-energy target-driven environment.

  • Prior experience in EdTech sales will be an added advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

  • Excellent communication empathy and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
