Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant Medical Gastroenterologist to join our expert clinical team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex gastroenterology cases performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures and delivering evidence-based patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage all types of gastrointestinal hepatic pancreatic and biliary disorders.

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (Upper GI Endoscopy Colonoscopy ERCP EUS preferred).

• Collaborate with surgical gastroenterology oncology radiology and critical care teams for comprehensive patient management.

• Supervise junior doctors residents and nursing staff for GI care protocols.

• Participate in departmental CMEs clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide outpatient inpatient and ICU gastroenterology services.

• Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards and hospital protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandatory Qualification: DM / DNB in Medical Gastroenterology.

• Must be a Hyderabad-based doctor (or already practicing in Hyderabad).

• Strong clinical acumen with proficiency in advanced endoscopic procedures.

• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary hospital setup.
