We are looking for a Sourcing & Delivery Support Consultant (Contract) to work closely with senior leadership and support global CX and contact center transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on coordination execution and stakeholder communication across sourcing and delivery activities.
Qualifications :
- 34 years of experience in sourcing support and delivery support roles
- Experience working in technology consulting or IT services environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and global teams
- Proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint Word and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support active hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters
- Review format and manage candidate profiles before client submission
- Schedule interviews and manage feedback and follow-ups
- Maintain hiring onboarding and status trackers
- Track action items risks and dependencies across workstreams
- Coordinate meetings kick-offs and follow-ups with internal and client teams
- Prepare status updates reports and summaries
Nice to Have
- Exposure to contact center or CX technologies
- Experience supporting recruitment or staffing programs
- Basic understanding of cloud or IT delivery models
- Experience working with global clients
