Join us as a Accounts Payable Administrator role on a 12 month FTC where you will be a part of the Crop Nutrients Finance team and will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing and accuracy of all invoices.
This role supports the Financial Control team in the provision of high quality and timely accurate reporting in relation to the BUs invoicing operations and activities.
The purpose of this role is to process all Crop Nutrients invoices in SAP in line with our terms and encouraging best practice processes where invoices do not comply.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices in SAP
Checking invoices to ensure that they are rendered correctly in line with our terms.
Working with internal colleagues to ensure a smooth process.
Assist colleagues from other teams
Communicate with external stakeholders regarding queries
Provide reports and other analytics to key stakeholders
Create new suppliers in the system
