Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and
technical requirements for ServiceNow & Uipath implementations and enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis feasibility studies and impact assessments to identify
areas for process improvement and optimization.
Develop user stories workflows process maps and detailed functional
specifications to support the ServiceNow platforms configuration and
development.
Develop user stories workflows process maps and detailed functional
specifications to support Uipath Automation opportunities
Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure that all solutions are
aligned with business objectives and requirements.
Assist in designing testing and implementing ServiceNow modules including
Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service
Catalog and CMDB.
Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify trends issues
and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices standards and governance in
ServiceNow implementation and usage.
Prepare and deliver reports presentations and documentation to communicate
project progress risks and findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business
Administration or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with experience in
ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules including
experience with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Proficient in business analysis methodologies process mapping and
requirements gathering techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles is highly
preferred.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
Some Knowledge or understanding of Uipath is advantageous
