Business Intelligence and RPA Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and acceptance criteria anticipate future business needs and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions that enhance and streamline processes
Business Intelligence
- Data Collection: Design and develop applications to collect cleanse and transforms diverse datasets into actionable insights to drive structured data drive communication.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design develop and deploy Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools Snowflake SAP Hana / Business Objects Power BI and Tableau.
- Data Modeling and Governance: Provide expert guidance on data modeling and data management practices to ensure accuracy scalability and consistency.
- Develop and implement business processes that strengthen data quality optimize efficiency across data modeling and management workflows and ensure full compliance with governance standards.
- Administration and Training: Configure and administer deployed workspaces and published apps including managing structure roles and access permissions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and create user-guide documentation.
Robotics Process Automation:
- Business Process Understanding: Identify and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that align with organizational goals to reduce manual effort.
- Solution Development and Governance: Design develop and deploy robust RPA solutions using platform like UiPath RPA Microsoft Power Automate Automation Anywhere etc. ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance.
- Maintain and monitor RPA solution performance for data quality and compliance with governance standards.
- Continuous Improvement and Training: Identify areas of improvements in existing automation solution to align with business needs and staying updated with RPA trends.
- Provide training and support to the teams leverage RPA tool and create user-guidance.
