What this job involves:
As an Assistant Manager Data Analytics at JLL youll play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data for Indias Food & Beverage program ensuring accurate reporting and insights that drive operational excellence for our clients. This position requires you to collect organize and track F&B-related data from various stakeholders while creating comprehensive dashboards and presentations that meet client requirements. Youll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators including penalties invoicing sales transactions feedback and audit results while maintaining detailed records for all café operations across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on JLLs food service operations through your analytical expertise attention to detail and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Collect and track various Food & Beverage program data from stakeholders across the organization while organizing information for record retention and future analysis
- Create dynamic dashboards and present data visualizations according to specific client requirements using advanced Excel functions and presentation tools
- Monitor and track penalties invoicing sales transactions customer feedback and audit results from site teams online tools and food vendors
- Maintain and refresh café operational data for all sites while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes
- Utilize JLL and client technology platforms including shared folders and Inventory Management tools for data updating recording and presentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and executive presentations
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements clarify data needs and ensure timely delivery of accurate analytical reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including shortcuts high-speed keyboard operation VLOOKUP HLOOKUP slicers pivot tables and sheet linking
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS roles within facilities management administration or service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Self-motivated personality with strong confidence and go-getter attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MACROS MS SharePoint Power BI or Visual Basic programming
- Experience with data visualization tools and advanced analytics platforms
- Background in food service or hospitality industry data management
- Familiarity with facilities management software and inventory management systems
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and business intelligence reports
- Knowledge of audit processes and compliance reporting in service industries
- Understanding of client service delivery metrics and performance tracking methodologies
