Qualifications :

We need someone who is passionate about technology our products and what we do. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities would be something that comes easy to you and you pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.

You will already be commercially savvy and demonstrate a good understanding of retail and what drives business performance. Were looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality and who believes that service and relationship building with customers is key.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven management experience and significant retail experience
• The skills to recruit motivate coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
• Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
• Competence in all aspects of store operations including merchandising budgets executing plans reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
• Resilience and adaptability to drive change.
