Your Crew
The Accounts Payable Specialist position is located in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon.
We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal.
Youll join a dynamic team we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities but we are allconnected through our values curious passionate and together!
Your Mission
- Check enter assign release and post invoices and credit notes using workflows
- Create and check payment proposal and ensure payment run
- Support and assistance with the accounts payable workflow
- Enter and maintain vendor master data
- Process vendor reminders
- Correspondence with suppliers
- Clarification with internal and external departments
- Close cooperation with the purchasing department
- Support with value added tax reclaim
Your Story:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 years of experience in an AP focused role within a multinational environment
- General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and use SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts
- Process-oriented thinking
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Very good knowledge of English (reading writing and speaking). Other languages are a plus (German French Swedish)
