What you will do:
SEO Strategy & Delivery
Build and execute SEO roadmaps for multiple US-based clients in collaboration with the partner agency.
Conduct keyword research site audits and competitive analysis tailored for the US audience.
Drive on-page off-page and technical SEO improvements aligned with client goals.
Ensure deliverables are data-backed high-quality and on-brand.
Collaborate with the US team to ensure timelines priorities and reporting expectations are met.

Content Strategy & Optimization
Lead content-driven SEO campaigns following E-E-A-T principles.
Identify high-impact topics oversee keyword mapping and guide writers to create SEO-rich yet meaningful content.
Optimize existing pages blogs and assets to boost organic reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure all assets reflect US tone and quality standards.

Reputation & Authority Management
Monitor brand presence reviews and mentions across Google and third-party platforms.
Develop and execute ORM strategies to push down negative results and improve brand credibility.
Support digital PR and link-building efforts via outreach guest posting and earned media.
Provide monthly reputation scorecards and progress tracking.

Reporting Coordination & Communication
Build and maintain SEO dashboards and performance reports with clear KPIs (traffic leads reputation score etc.).
Present insights and updates to internal stakeholders and US partner teams.
Maintain consistent alignment with US working hours for key syncs or client updates.
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes AI-influenced search trends and US market shifts.



Requirements

610 years of SEO experience with 3 years managing US clients or campaigns.
Proven track record in content SEO ORM and authority building.
Proficiency with GA4 GSC SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog and review monitoring tools.
Experience managing multi-brand or multi-industry portfolios in an agency setup.
Excellent written and verbal English able to communicate effectively with US teams.
Strong analytical presentation and leadership skills.
Experience using AI-assisted SEO and content tools (SurferSEO Jasper Clearscope).
Familiarity with US local SEO and GMB optimization.
Previous work in a white-label or outsourced delivery model for international agencies.




Required Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
