Nursing Home Manager Specialist Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs
Salary: Up to 55000 Bonus scheme
Our client a beautiful specialist nursing home is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their dedicated team in delivering outstanding care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a RMN or RNLD qualified nurse with proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of CQC standards. The role offers the chance to shape a supportive person-centred environment while driving the home towards Good and Outstanding ratings.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities) qualification.
- Proven experience managing a nursing or specialist care home with a track record of achieving CQC Good or Outstanding ratings.
- Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Knowledge of safeguarding person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

- Manage budgets resources and operational performance efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for families stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
