Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences timelines and expectations
Research and recommend destinations accommodations transportation and experiences
Create and manage customized travel itineraries
Coordinate and confirm travel reservations and documentation
Provide timely support to clients before during and after travel
Maintain accurate client records and booking details using internal systems
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online platforms
Genuine interest in travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
