Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineer to oversee the process and use of data systems used in ALSTOM. You will discover efficient ways to organize store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
A great Engineer Data Analyst is able to fully grasp the complexity of data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures. You will also be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
The goal is to ensure that Parts Data information flows timely and securely to and from the Orchestra Tool to organization widly interphased tools.
Purpose of the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented3D Analystwith a minimum of5 years of hands-on experience in CATIA V5to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating analyzing and refining 3D models with a strong focus on components used intrain and metro systems.
This role demands precision creativity and a deep understanding of mechanical design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify complex 3D models usingCATIA V5.
- Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate 3D representations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Perform feasibility studies and design validation for train/metro components.
- Maintain and organize CAD data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum5 years of experiencein 3D modeling usingCATIA V5.
- Strong understanding ofmechanical components used in train/metro systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Critical Challenges
- Métiers requesting 3D simplification parts to addressed within the SLA which will be used in tools like Orchestra DMA PLM 4A PLM etc.
- Complex end to end data flows with many cross-data dependencies need to be addressed on Priority
- New Design solutions to be provided
