Introduction:
RETTEW is seeking a motivated intern to join our Municipal Team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience professional mentorship and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our clients and communities.

Position Summary / What Youll Do:
As an intern you will support the Municipal Team with technical tasks project coordination and field/office assignments. This role is designed to give you exposure to real-world consulting work and help you build skills that support your academic and career development.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
- Assist with design/calculations/drafting/data analysis for active projects
- Support project documentation reporting and quality checks
- Participate in field work site visits or data collection (as applicable)
- Collaborate with engineers scientists and project managers
- Contribute to team meetings brainstorming and client deliverables
- Other duties as assigned to support the project team
Qualifications:
Required
- Current enrollment in Civil/Environmental Engineering field
- Strong academic standing (minimum GPA if required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD GIS MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Previous internship or relevant project experience
- Familiarity with civil engineering or water/wastewater field
