Your opportunity

• Certify client data integrity and compliance by creating robust and efficientways to perform data quality checks
• Perform root-cause analysis on master data related system problems andrecommend or execute corrective action
• Maintain significant knowledge and understanding of master systemswithin remit (Stibo and )
• Recommend ways to strengthen data integrity quality and availability across the enterprise
• Work with IT data stewards and internal business groups to developeffective efficient and transparent processes around the use of master data in systems
• Maintain understanding of master data tools downstream systems anddata lineage rules
• Maintain understanding of all internal stakeholder requirements andbusiness processes

• Maintain significant understanding of how and why internal stakeholdersare consuming data
• Assist in the design development testing and implementation of new
• processes and/or system enhancements to ensure that the design meets
• business requirements while improving department efficiency andeffectiveness
• Support a culture of analytics and using new technologies to supportbusiness expansion
• Assist in projects relating to data domain as required
• Assist in creating meaningful data quality metrics regarding master systems
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Overview

• You are responsible for performing a variety of functions associated withmaintaining all reference data (Client) across multiple systems for a variety ofinvestment products with the goal of providing accurate timely data that is usedfor analytics risk management trading finance compliance marketing andclient reporting.
• This includes developing and analyzing daily weekly andmonthly reports to ensure accuracy compliance and control.

Must have skills

• Significant operational data management experience within the financial
• services sector (preferably in the buy side) with a focus on client data
• Experience with Asset Management client data
• Experienced in data operations approaches quality practices in large
• financial organization(s)
• Five-year experience within the financial services industry with a focus on
• client data management and quality
• Experience working with large data sets
• Proficiency with MS Office suite as well as tools such as Alteryx SQL
• Python Power BI and other technologies that assist in manipulating and
• visualizing data
• Self-motivated driven and solution-oriented mindset

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $70000-$80000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through the end of November 2025.
