ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a global leader in payment solutionsis seeking a Network Account Executive.

Location: Athens

Working Model: Hybrid

You will be reporting to: Sales Manager

Your work will include:

As a Network Account Executive you will be directly responsible for the expansion and preservation of our merchant customer base. You will proactively interact with merchant partners understand their needs and ensure the smooth execution of the sales process from beginning to end.

More specifically:

  • Maintain and develop fruitful relationships with merchant partners providing ongoing guidance
  • Proactively interact with accounts to identify and meet customer needs
  • Create detailed business plans and action steps to achieve goals and quotas
  • Analyze and present sales performance and efficiency results
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
  • Identify new market trends and adapt strategies accordingly


Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 35 years of sales experience in HORECA or FMCG business
  • Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills Familiarity with Sales Performance Metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; CRM software experience will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Team player with a doer attitude
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Resilient and goal-driven personality
