The Bank Channel Account Executive is overall responsible for the relationship and the cooperation of Ayvens with NBG Leasing. The main objective of the role is to create and provide additional value to the already established cooperation between two companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.

  • Handle client requests in timely manner and cultivate a professional & positive relationship with key stakeholders.

  • Ensure thorough follow-up on all requests until completion.

  • Process annexes accurately and without delay considering possible systemic restrictions.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in sales information systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless handling of client requirements and coordinate with IT Dpt for effective resolution of issues through the proper ticketing system.

  • Detect and escalate issues that require special attention.

  • Comply with Ayvens policies and maintain communication.

  • Consistently achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers that focus on delivering added value and result on increasing customer satisfaction index.

  • Business Acumen & Account Management:

    • Develop deep knowledge of companys propositions and tools.

    • Pro-actively and methodically identify customer needs and create plan to provide the proper fleet management solutions through the companys propositions suite.

  • Provide excellent customer service:

    • Take ownership for all queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved within agreed timescales and performance standards.

    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure adherence to Service level agreements.

    • Identify potential trends and threats and take all actions necessary to avoid customer service disruptions.

    • Act internally as clients advocate ensuring that the voice of the customer is communicated effectively at the organization.

  • Obtain full and sufficient information from customers to enable the progress of all regulatory processes and enable activities to be completed successfully.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Academic background: general education degree or equivalent (University Degree will be preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position preferably in a complex commercial environment.

  • Very good command of English - verbal and written

  • Customer service experience

  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications

  • Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes

  • Effective on rapport building to develop trust and strong relationships with clients

  • Ability to manage data collection and filing

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong listening skills

  • Being able to use empathy (Interpersonal sensitivity)

  • Be able to divert pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions
