Position: Customer Support Account Manager - German Speaker (Onsite)
Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for these clients ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is an onsite position so you will be based at our office in Athens Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Understand and anticipate the needs of our clients and provide them with high-quality and timely support
- Collaborate with our translation and localization teams to ensure that our clients projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain up-to-date client information in our CRM system
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and account performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in order to provide the best possible service to our clients
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in a customer support or account management role is preferred
- Experience in the translation or localization industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens Greece
We Offer:
Salary & Bonus
- 1760 gross per month x 14 salaries
- Uncapped quarterly performance bonus based on individual results
