Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)
- You will work with existing B2B clients
- The goal is to increase customer satisfaction performance and revenue
- This is not a call-center role; it is a consultative and commercial position
What will you do in this role
- Manage a portfolio of German-speaking B2B clients
- Ensure clients use the product/service in the most effective way
- Track and manage KPIs targets and performance results
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a bridge between sales and customer success teams

- Communicating with clients using a commercial and business-oriented approach
- Working with revenue performance targets and ROI
- A performance-based bonus structure (uncapped)

- Salary: 1760 x 14 salaries
- Bonus: Uncapped based on performance
