Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Childrens Disability & SEND Services
Location: Blackburn with Darwen (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 41 per hour
Contract: Part-time 3 days per week
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its clients Childrens Disability & SEND Services team in Blackburn with Darwen.
Join a brand-new Occupational Therapy team in Blackburn with Darwen created in partnership with the Childrens Disability Service and SEND Services. This is a unique opportunity to help shape an innovative service that supports children and young people across the borough.
What will your responsibilities be
As a Locum Occupational Therapist youll work closely with an OT and OT Assistant contributing to theDisabled Facilities Grant operational group. Your work will include:
- Home and school equipment assessments
- Property adaptations
- Holistic child-centred interventions
This role ishybrid but involveshome visits so flexibility and travel are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Paediatric experience preferred (assessments equipment reviews)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to 3 days per week (flexible on which days)
- Passion for supporting children and continuous learning
