Position: Store Manager
Location: Various locations in Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned application from anywhere in the country are welcome)
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.
- Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.
- Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Employee Management and Leadership:
- Foster a positive work environment ensuring staff satisfaction.
- Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
4. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and stakeholders.
5. Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.
- Generate and analyse sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail store management (2-3 years).
- Strong communication leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Proven experience as maintenance manager Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing carpentry electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
