Job Summary
Position: English Support Executive
Location: Sivakasi

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Support Executive to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting our online presence by providing exceptional customer service and engaging with our community.
Responsibilities:
Participate actively in community platforms like Reddit and Quora by answering relevant questions.
Schedule posts and actively monitor social media channels to engage with our audience.
Continuously learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in eCommerce and content writing.
Craft clear concise and informative responses to customer questions related to our ecommerce products and services.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in written and spoken English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
Basic understanding of ecommerce concepts and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Experience with social media platforms (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in English or a related field (freshers welcome!).
Experience with content writing and blog creation (Preferred).
Prior experience in community management on social media platforms.
