Position Title: Floor Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager/General Manager
Job Purpose:
The Floor Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the store delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury brands excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage operational procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience reflective of the brands standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally maintaining the brands reputation.
- Build relationships with VIP clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise motivate and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates provide feedback and reinforce brand values.
- Manage staff scheduling ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily floor operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures particularly for handling luxury goods.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy.
Sales Performance:
- Drive sales by leading by example coaching staff and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Organize promotional events to boost in-store traffic and customer engagement.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Ability to train and develop a high-performing team.
Personal Attributes:
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Own transport is essential for commuting and occasional off-site responsibilities.
