The Five-S Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven ability to attract evaluate and hire top talent for a variety of roles from skilled labor to management. This position plays a key role in building a reliable workforce that supports the timely and successful completion of construction projects. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge and will report to the HR Manager.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
