We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.
The Job:
- Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
- Specialized: You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
- Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily in person to update them on job requisitions and candidates.
- Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
- Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates.

- Experience in recruiting within a legal setting is a MUST.
- High-volume phone calls with daily weekly and monthly metric KPI expectations.
- Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders.
- Operate with high urgency dependability confidentiality and drive for success.
- Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs.
- Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a direct-hire recruiter.
- 2 years recruiting in a legal environment.
- Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Teams).
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferredfor this role but not required.
Total Compensation Package:
- Salary plus annual bonus Depending on experience
