The role will include holding a registration for the Supported Living Registration
In this role you will:
Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and support
Develop and expand our presence across the region
Drive data-informed improvements and digital-first approaches
Collaborate across teams to align strategy and service delivery
Were looking for someone who:
Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
Has strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autism
Knows the care sector inside-out from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connection
Thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery

Due to the nature of this role having a full UK driving licence is essential.
