Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of Care U Deserve Ltd. a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in Nottingham delivering compassionate person-centred home care services across Nottinghamshire. Care U Deserve is dedicated to supporting adults in their own homes helping them live with dignity independence and respect.

Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants to join the Care U Deserve this rewarding role you will support clients with daily living activities helping them remain independent and improving their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including assistance with washing dressing grooming and mobility.

  • Support clients with medication reminders and light household tasks.

  • Offer companionship emotional support and social interaction.

  • Assist with meal preparation and maintaining a safe environment at home.

  • Monitor and report any changes in clients health or circumstances.

  • Accurately document care provided and follow care plans.



Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a domiciliary or home care setting.

  • Right to work in the UK (proof required).

  • A caring compassionate and professional approach to care.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

Previous experience is not necessary but healthcare or social care experience will have an added advantage. People from nursing home hospital community support or care home backgrounds are a good fit for these roles. Having a NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or training to Care Certificate standards can be beneficial.
