We are looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Leader to join our clients Business Solutions this strategic role you will serve as the technical referent for the team ensuring the consistency quality and performance of the solutions developed and maintained.

You will play a key role in the modernization of business applications supporting their migration to the Azure cloud enhancing automation and integrating innovative technologies while maintaining compliance with internal standards and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development team technically providing expertise in C# Angular Azure and related technologies.
  

• Maintain evolve and modernize existing applications with a focus on cloud migration and process automation.
  

• Collaborate closely with architects cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design implement and optimize innovative solutions.
  

• Ensure quality security and performance through proper documentation adherence to coding standards and application of best practices.
  

• Support and advise teams in adopting new technologies and collaborative tools facilitating integration and operational efficiency.
  

Profile Sought

• Proven experience (C#) and Angular development capable of handling and evolving complex enterprise applications.
  

• Strong understanding of SQL databases SSIS and source control using Azure DevOps.
  

• Demonstrated interest in cloud technologies particularly Microsoft Azure and curiosity for innovation.
  

• Ability to work independently and under pressure with strong organization rigor and teamwork skills.
  

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
  

• Proactive quality-oriented mindset with a strong drive to modernize technical environments.

Technical Expertise and Design

• Serve as the technical point of reference for the team providing guidance on technologies such as C# Angular and associated frameworks.
  

• Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across teams and technical domains.

• Supervise the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
  

• Lead modernization and cloud migration initiatives (Azure) promoting automation and technological innovation.
  

Essential Skills

• Strong command of C# .NET including WPF WCF Web API and VBA.
  

• Proficiency in Angular for modern web interface development.
  

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS.
  

• Expertise in Git-based source management preferably via Azure DevOps.
  

• Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint Power Automate and Word MailMerge.
  

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Azure services such as Data Factory Key Vault and Storage Account for cloud deployment and management.
  

• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools like UAC/Stonebranch.
