We are seeking for Axi an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across Latin America. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility customer acquisition and retention initiatives tailored to local market dynamics.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the regional marketing plan for Latam in alignment with the global strategy.
Own campaign calendars and ensure the timely rollout of region-specific marketing activities.
Manage the regional marketing budget ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
Lead the localization of global campaigns for the Latam markets (creative messaging compliance).
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment of all marketing materials across markets.
Deliver monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Requisitos
We are seeking a professional with a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field (Masters degree is a plus) and 510 years of relevant marketing experience ideally in regional or international roles. Experience in the crypto/fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus while Spanish fluency is assumed.
The selected candidate will have strong experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned with global strategies managing campaign calendars coordinating launches and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Expertise in budget management with a focus on efficiency and ROI is essential.
We are looking for a disruptive marketing profile: a creative out-of-the-box thinker with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution digital performance and growth strategies. Beyond localizing traditional campaigns this person will be expected to innovate with new approaches that generate measurable impact in client acquisition and engagement working closely with our commercial team in Uruguay.
Strong analytical skills to measure interpret and report on marketing performance with actionable insights are required along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with global and regional stakeholders.
This role will also play a key part in supporting our marketing expansion across markets such as Brazil Colombia and Argentina.
