A Quick Lane Service Advisor acts as the customers main point of contact greeting them assessing their vehicles service need providing cost estimates and explaining necessary repairs or services. Key duties include scheduling appointments communicating updates between customers and technicians processing payments and managing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Prepare detailed service orders and estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past experience as a service advisor or service consultant
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
