Job Description: Seasonal Customer Service Agents
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team as Seasonal Customer Service Agents. The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Customer Service Agent is to provide exceptional customer service and support during peak seasonal periods ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. This is a temporary position with flexible work hours and the possibility to join the UFLP Family full-time!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products services promotions and policies.
- Assist customers in placing orders tracking shipments processing returns and resolving any related issues.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns by investigating the problem proposing solutions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and essential information while ensuring adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred although entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in using customer service software databases and other computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours overtime weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and priorities.
- Must pass a background check.
- Position pays $12.50
- Shift available: M-F
- Saturdays required:12/6; 12/13 (9am-4pm)
Working Conditions:
- This is a seasonal position with employment typically lasting for a specific period during peak business seasons.
- Work schedules may vary including evenings weekends and holidays.
