This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical accounting expertise and a passion for process improvement and team development.Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Compliance
- Oversee the full revenue cycle: contract review invoicing collections and revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 including SSP determination and bundled product allocation.
- Maintain accurate revenue deferred revenue and invoicing waterfall schedules.
- Partner with FP&A to align actuals with forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations and financial statements.
- Support tax filings audits and cash flow forecasting.
- Research and document complex accounting issues under US GAAP.
- Lead system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Develop and document scalable accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor the Revenue & Collections team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and translate technical accounting into business insights.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 57 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (NetSuite Salesforce FloQast preferred).
