Pay: $15/hour
Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: West Tulsa
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant to join a growing maintenance team in West Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in diesel mechanics and heavy equipment maintenance. The Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant will assist experienced technicians with basic maintenance tasks while learning valuable hands-on skills.
What Youll Do
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including oil and brake changes
- Work on semi-trucks and heavy machinery in a physical hands-on environment
- Crawl under vehicles and assist with mechanical repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Learn from experienced diesel technicians and develop your skills over time
What Were Looking For
- Some experience in oil and brake changes preferred
- Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to showing up daily
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
