Job Overview
As a Junior HR Executive at V3Cube you will support the full spectrum of human resources functions focusing on recruitment employee engagement and organizational support. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad and ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of prior HR experience seeking growth in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates across multiple platforms ensuring role fitment and timely closures.
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Ability to foster a positive workplace environment and effectively address employee concerns to boost morale and retention.
- Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in coordinating scheduling and managing candidate interviews with attention to logistical efficiency and professionalism.
- Onboarding: Experience executing seamless onboarding processes including documentation orientation and integration for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- HRIS: Competence in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems for maintaining employee records reports and supporting HR compliance functions accurately.
- Talent Sourcing: Adept at identifying and engaging potential candidates using a range of sourcing strategies aligned with the companys requirements and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities enabling effective collaboration with team members management and job applicants for clear and productive interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail allowing for meticulous management of documentation records and administrative HR tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including requirement analysis candidate sourcing interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and candidates ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing induction materials facilitating documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies.
- Handle employee queries address grievances and support initiatives that enhance workplace engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategies by identifying new sourcing channels and improving existing talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication on HR-related processes and organizational updates.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects processes improvements and policy implementation to foster a positive organizational culture.
