We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills excellent English communication abilities and a process-driven mindset to ensure smooth execution of tasks across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing daily operational activities.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams.
- Maintain and update operational documentation reports and trackers.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve operational issues and ensure process compliance.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
- Handle vendor coordination follow-ups and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies SOPs and quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports analyze operational data and provide insights to management.
- Manage administrative support tasks for smooth functioning of operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Operations or Administrative roles.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude adaptability and willingness to learn.
