Job Summary

Boothby Therapy Services is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team!

Full-Time Remote Reports to Chief Human Resources Officer

Our HR team plays a key role in fostering a culture of care collaboration and integrity. Were looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Human Resources Generalist who can support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

What Youll Do:

Support employee relations by responding to questions concerns and policy inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new team members feel welcomed supported and equipped for success.
Maintain HR documentation including personnel files policy updates and compliance reporting.
Partner with managers and employees on leave administration (FMLA ADA etc.) benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
Help coordinate wellness benefits and engagement programs.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees across the organization.
Track HR metrics and maintain data accuracy in HR systems (iSolved preferred).

What Youll Bring:

35 years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations compliance and benefits.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort with data entry and reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.
